Accessible Parking
Limited on-street parking is available on Donegall Street, Little Donegall Street, Royal Avenue,
Union Street, and Library Street, all within walking distance of the venue. You can park for free
and without a time limit in all ‘on-street’ pay-and-display areas, unless a local traffic order
enforces a specific time limit.
Assistance on Arrival
If you require assistance upon arrival, please notify a member of staff at the entrance, and they
will be happy to help. Staff will be easily identifiable by their hi vis jackets and lanyards.
Wheelchair and mobility access
Entrance to the Telegraph Building is on a flat surface at street level. The interior of the building
is fully accessible. A viewing platform will be available for those requiring seating, including individuals using mobility aids or wheelchairs. As platform spaces are limited, please contact our box office partners in advance to reserve a spot if you require access. Reach us at

Companions or personal assistants of wheelchair users or those requiring mobility support are
welcome to sit in the designated seating area alongside them.
Carer/ Companion Ticket Policy
If you require assistance to enable your visit to an event, a ticket for a carer/companion is
available at no extra charge.

Toilets
An accessible toilet will be situated at the rear of the site alongside other toilets. It is on the
same level as the main auditorium.
Please ask a member of staff or volunteer if you require directions.
Quiet Spaces
Please note that the event will include flashing lights and amplified sound. A quiet space will be
available during the performance in the gallery area you passed through upon entry. For
directions, feel free to ask a staff member or volunteer.
Interpretation
BSL interpretation will be provided for the performance on Thursday, 24th.
Emergency Evacuation Procedures
In case of emergency, accessible evacuation procedures are in place. Please follow staff
instructions or notify them if you require assistance during an evacuation. All our staff and
volunteers will be trained in the accessible evacuation routes for the event.
