Andi is the Founder and Strategy Director at Eximo Marketing, a
consultancy based in Bangor. He hosts the Strategy Sessions
podcast, holds the Mini MBA in Marketing and runs a marketing
fundraising project for Barnado’s NI.

Rachael graduated from the University of Ulster with an MFA in 2007 and is based in Belfast. In 2014 she completed a two-year directorship with Platform Arts (Belfast). Rachael is a studio member of Flax Art Studios. Recent exhibitions include Irish Modernisms CCA Derry/L’derry, (2021); Edgelands Framewerk Belfast, (2017); TULCA 2016 (Galway), Methods for Egress QSS Gallery Belfast, (2016); Periodical Review #5 NCAD Gallery Dublin, (2015), Reassemble for Purpose Platform Arts Belfast, (2015). Rachael is Director of The Black Box and co-curates NEO NEO; a project that commissions electronic musicians and visual artists to present live collaborative works / works-in-progress to audiences.

Kwame Daniels is a vinyl loving DJ & Creative at heart but has fulfilled a range of responsibilities as an individual artist to working in partnership with organisations within the public, private and community sectors. He is also the founder and CEO of Bounce Culture, a not-for-profit organisation that uses creative digital technology to aid personal development and skills training, primarily assisting people and communities facing disadvantage.
